GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Acceptance of general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract.

1.1.The contract concluded between Chix Bags of Nicoletta Buioni and the Customer (i.e. the individual, natural person, who makes the purchase on the Site, not related to his commercial, business or professional activity) must be understood to be concluded with the acceptance, even partially, of the order by Chix Bags. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Chix Bags will in any case provide timely communication to the Customer.

1.2 By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the form of order present on the Site (hereinafter the Order), the Customer declares that he has taken a look at all the indications given to him during the purchase procedure and to accept fully these general conditions (hereinafter the Conditions).

1.3 These Terms may be printed or saved on a durable medium in accordance with Article 12-part D.Lgs. 70/2003 and 51, Part D.Lgs. 206/2005, as amended by D.Lgs. 21/2014.

2. Purchase methods

2.1 The products offered for sale by Chix Bags are only those on the Chix Bags website at the time of submission of the Order, as described in the relevant information sheets.

2.2 It is understood in any case that the images accompanying the product descriptive sheet are for information purposes only and may not be fully representative of its characteristics but differ, for example. by color and size (also because of the browser and monitor used for accessing the Site and displaying images).

2.3 In order to carry out an Order, the Customer will have to fill in all its parts the corresponding form present on the Site and send it after having carefully viewed the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer will also have to ask Chix Bags, if he wishes, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase within the meaning of Article 22.p.R. No 633/1972.

2.4 The correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Chix Bags by an e-mail reply sent to the email address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarise the terms of purchase, as provided for in the applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify the same and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.

Three. Prices and methods of payment

3.1.The prices shown on the website shall be considered to include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs are related to international sales.

3.2 The following methods of payment are provided for:

(i) PayPal

The Paypal circuit can be used for payment by the customer according to the specific modalities of the Paypal circuit.

(ii) 3 interest-free payments with Klarna

(iii) Bank transfer (for Italy only)

In case of purchase by wire, bank coordinates for payment will be displayed. The goods will only be shipped when the payment is actually received at the bank.

(iiii) Payment on delivery (for Italy only)

The Customer assumes the responsibility of paying the order directly to the courier, after delivery, only in cash.

Four. Delivery of products

4.1.The delivery times indicated by Chix Bags (1-2 working days for Italy, 5-7 working days abroad) must be considered as purely indicative and a delay in relation to them, or possible delivery by successive split shipments or possible delay of the courier, do not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to claim compensation or compensation.

4.2 At the time of delivery of the products, the Customer is obliged to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, not wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials

Any damage to the packaging and/or product must be immediately detected and reported to our e-mail address.

Six. Privacy

6.1 The personal data collected when submitting the Order will be processed by Chix Bags only in order to satisfy the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy information present on the Site. Any further treatment will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

Seven. Applicable law

7.1.The sale contract referred to in these Terms and its execution and governed by Italian law, with the application of the conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of First Instance of the Municipality of the Customer shall have jurisdiction to settle such disputes.
